Inner Child Joy is a Sydney-based creative workshop where women reconnect with joy, creativity and play.

You don't need to be creative. You don't need to be crafty. You just need to show up.

Walk into a table overflowing with stickers, charms, ribbons, colourful paper, trinkets and treasures your younger self would have loved.

The songs from your childhood will be playing before you even sit down. You'll bring a photo of your younger self and begin with a gentle guided visualisation, inviting you to reconnect with the little girl who shaped the woman you are today.

Then it's time to play.

You'll create, decorate and experiment without worrying about getting it "right". You'll colour outside the lines (and wonder why it feels so wrong), choose stickers you love, use the pink hot glue guns and make something completely unique to you.

You'll craft, share stories, laugh with women you may have only just met and realise how quickly a room of strangers can feel like old friends.

Come on your own, bring a friend, or share the experience with your mum, sister or someone you think would love this too.

Play Together is a Sydney-based creative experience for parents and children to step away from the everyday and sit side by side to create, connect and play.

“Do you want to play with me?”

Those are words every parent hears.

And sometimes we say yes.
Sometimes we say “in a minute” while we finish the washing, answer a message, make dinner or get through the never-ending list of things that need doing.

But remember what it felt like when someone chose to stop and play with you?

To feel seen. Included. Important. Play Together is an invitation to give that feeling back.

A creative experience where you and your child can step away from the everyday, sit side by side and spend time creating, laughing and playing together.

You’ll make something with your hands, share stories, discover more about each other and create memories that last far beyond the day itself.

Because sometimes the grown-ups need play just as much as the kids do.
